It looks like carriers are hopping onto the mobile payment bandwagon of late. Verizon recently partnered with American Express to bring Serve payment to its customers, and now T-Mobile has just announced that it has partnered with Payfone to launch Direct Carrier Billing. The program will give customers the convenience of purchasing digital content and services using their mobile devices, without having to deal with whipping out their credit cards.
